Cancellation Policy
To ensure fairness and availability for all students, the following policy applies: 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule a session. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged in full. If a student does not attend a scheduled session without notice, it will be treated as a missed session and charged. Sessions may be rescheduled (subject to availability) when sufficient notice is given. In the unlikely event that the tutor needs to cancel, a full refund or rescheduled session will be offered. By booking a session, you agree to this policy.
